Zion Global Missions brings to life the global vision of Pastor Freddie T. Piphus, founder and Senior Pastor of Zion Global Ministries. Zion Global Missions was established to close the gap that has existed for a long time between: the resourced and the non resourced; the rich world and the poor world; the needy and the well-to-do. More importantly, it is an opportunity to demonstrate the transcending love of God and ministry of Jesus Christ for people from all nations and backgrounds to build God’s Kingdom and save souls. As the world becomes smaller, Zion Global Missions exists to touch the world, locally and internationally, in a very deliberate and strategic way. Zion Global Missions is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
To advance the kingdom of God in global and local communities through spiritual, educational, economic and social development.
To provide opportunities for partnership with faith communities, private corporations, philanthropic organizations, NGOs, business leaders and individuals who want to support work in all areas of holistic development that will:
- Enable families and adults to become self-sufficient and economically independent.
- Educate children and adults to engage in the 21st century global economy and build their communities.
- Offer preventive health care and health education in order to increase life expectancy.
- Provide ministerial and lay leadership development that will nurture and stabilize local ministries to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Zion Global continues to respond throughout the year to address basic needs of food, public sanitation facilities in our targeted villages, and providing means for widows to earn money as well as feed their families/themselves. Public education is not free; therefore we provide monthly/quarterly sponsorship of children identified by our partners on the ground.
